Responsibilities:

 

Sales

  • Identify and reach out to new business clients, especially:
    • SMEs and companies with cross-border payment needs, such as payroll for foreign employees or payments to overseas suppliers.
    • Remittance agents seeking a licensed payout partner.
    • Businesses serving migrant worker communities.
  • Present the company’s products and services, and develop tailored business proposals that meet the specific needs of each client segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments, such as Operations and Compliance, to ensure the client onboarding process and documentation comply with KYC/AML standards.
  • Continuously monitor client activity, offer guidance, and provide support to increase usage and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
  • Relay client feedback and insights to the product and operations teams for service improvement.
  • Accurately maintain customer records and sales activities in the CRM system and prepare regular performance reports for management.

 

Business Development

  • Explore and develop new business opportunities through channels such as partnerships, referral programs, and community engagement.
  • Represent the company at business events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to improve sales strategies and strengthen the company’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and co-branded campaigns with strategic partners.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, which  Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales or business development ideally within the fintech remittance or financial services sectors.
  • Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Good understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, such as AML/KYC policies and the Bank of Thailand’s regulations (experience in this area is a plus).
  • Excellent command of Thai (speaking reading and writing) and good English communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work off-site as needed.
  • Creative result-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
